iShieldz tempered glass is designed to absorb the daily impact on your devices screen. By absorbing the impact when your device is dropped, iShieldz tempered glass may be damaged as a result. This is completely normal. The key purpose of an iShieldz screen protector is to reduce the chances of a very costly screen repair/replacement.

iShieldz offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its screen protectors. This Limited Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing defects as well as everyday wear-and-tear, which includes scratches, chips and cracks.

To make a warranty claim, please use the form below. You will need to provide:

1. Proof of purchase – A copy of the original sales receipt is required.
2. Photo of defective iShieldz tempered glass – A digital image of the damaged screen protector is required. Tip: Use a mirror to take a picture of the damaged screen protector.

You will be issued a replacement product. A processing and handling fee of $4.99 (plus applicable taxes) will apply for all warranty replacement. In the event that the screen protector for your device is no longer available, a replacement product of equal value will be provided. IMPROPER USE, PHONE UPGRADES, PHONE REPAIR REPLACEMENTS OR FAULTY INSTALLATIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. The entire liability of Gentec International and iShieldz shall be limited to the amount paid for the iShieldz screen protector by the original purchaser.
