Shipping & Returns
- Orders normally ship out of our warehouse within 3 business days.
- Time in route will depend on the carrier (usually 5 business days or less if within the US)
- Orders will be sent using UPS Ground or US Postal (Priority Mail) service unless customer opts and pays for expedited delivery.
- For Returns send email to: customer.support@ishieldz.com for instructions.
An RMA number is required for all returns. (Any return shipment not accompanied by an RMA number will be refused.)
