iShieldz will not, under any circumstances, license, sell, or give away any information you submit to us. It is used exclusively by us and is not shared with any third party. When you register with iShieldz by entering any of our prize drawings or by making a purchase, you can elect to have e-mail notifications sent to you regarding special offers, new products and other valuable iShieldz news. If you elect to receive these e-mails and then wish to be removed from the list, simply send us an e-mail with 'REMOVE' in the subject line and you will promptly be removed from our mailing list.

Use of Information
When you register, iShieldz requires certain information. (Registration does not require any credit card information. Credit card information is only needed if you make a purchase). We use the information to create a personal profile so we can tailor special offers based on your previous purchasing patterns. This information allows us to better understand our customers. It also allows us to improve your online experience, tailor the site to your specific interests, and speed up your transactions.

iShieldz may share non-personal aggregate or summary information regarding its customers with partners or third parties, but iShieldz will not share any information at the individual customer level including name, address and credit card information.

Secure Shopping
When you place orders or access your account information, you access the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information you input, including your name, address, and credit card information, before it is sent over the Internet to iShieldz.

Every credit card transaction placed with iShieldz is secure. We have never had a transaction which resulted in any type of credit card fraud or financial penalty to a customer. iShieldz maintains a record of your transaction in the Order History section or our the website, which is only accessible by iShieldz. No record of your credit card number is maintained in your Order History or anywhere else on iShieldz's commerce system or servers.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of unauthorized charges made to your account. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, iShieldz will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. iShieldz will only cover this liability if the unauthorized charges resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at iShieldz.com while using the secure server.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
